A dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga, ayurveda and the martial arts. Your body is stretched
into a flow of invigorating yoga postures as acupressure points are massaged along invisible energy
lines. Thai massage is an ancient healing system that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation,
boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Performed on a mat, please wear
comfortable loose clothing.

Mobile Chair Massage...your place or ours?
Wow! What 15 minutes of chair massage can do for the body! A quick on the go mini massage
is performed along the back, neck and shoulders to awaken the body and relieve tensed muscles.

MYO Movement:
Massage, Yoga Or stretching? A small group of participants are guided through floor work and yoga
like stretches that lengthen and strengthen the muscle tissue. The practitioner applies acupressure
to allow participants to relax and go deeper into their stretch. Breath and movement increases mobility
and flexibility and promotes healthy glowing skin. Exercise never felt so good.
